摘要
目的:本研究力求寻找解毒剂以降低或防止在慢性氟中毒情况下氟化物中毒性。方法:对家兔分别用单一药物(硼砂、枸橼酸钠、钼酸钠、复方碘液、氟化钠、维生素AD)或复合使用上述药物后,对其切牙用氟离子选择电极测定含氟量。结果:碘、钼或碘、钼与硼、维生素AD以一定配伍形式联合应用时可显著降低切牙含氟量。结论:碘、钼单一离子具有抗氟能力,其与硼、维生素AD以一定配伍形式联合应用时抗氟能力可明显提高。
Aim:To search toxicide for decreasing or preventing the toxicity of fluoride in chronic fluorosis. Methods: The fluoride content of incisor teeth was measured with fluoride selective electronic rode after rabbit had been treated with single chemical (Na 2 B 4O 7·10H 2O, Na 3C 6H 5O 7·2H 2O, Na 2MoO 4·2H 2O, KI, NaF Vitamin A.D) or te complex of these chemicals. Results: I - and Mo 6+ could significantly decrease the fluoride content. The fluoride content could also be significantly decreased when used associated with Boron and /or vitamin A.D. Conclusions: I - and Mo 6+ has anti-fluoride effect. This effect can be significantly developed after they were associated with boron and/ or vitamin A.D in certain formula.
