3种口腔厌氧菌荚膜高效液相色谱特性比较

摘要 目的:比较3种口腔厌氧菌荚膜的高效液相色谱特性。方法:采用高效液相色谱技术。结果:凝胶色谱显示,牙龈卟啉菌荚膜为2个蛋白主峰,牙髓卟啉菌、中间型普里沃氏菌荚膜均为3个蛋白主峰;离子交换色谱显示,3种荚膜的活性部分均有一蛋白主峰和若干个小蛋白峰,主峰由蛋白和多糖构成,其比值分别为8.9:1,9.0:1,6.5:1。结论:3种荚膜的高效液相色谱特性基本相似。 Aim:To compare the profiles of capsules from 3 kinds of anaerobes on HPLC. Methods: Using HPLC techniques. Results: The gel filtration on HPLC revealed that most of protein and carbohydrate of capsule from Pg eluted as two major peaks and three major peaks from Pi and Pe, the peak Ⅱ of capsule from Pg and peak Ⅲ from Pi and Pe, were the active parts of the three kinds of capsules respectively; Ion exchange chromatography showed that all three capsules eluted as one major and several small peaks. The major peaks of capsules from Pg, Pi and Pe on ion exchange chromatography consisted of protein and carbohydrate in the ratios of 8.9:1,9.0:1 and 6.5:1. Conclusions: 3 capsules had basically similar HPLC characterization.
