摘要
社会组织是一个复杂适应系统,演化问题单纯应用静态、还原思想为主导的理论框架难以解决,管理问题的实验也因为风险和道德等问题很难进行。利用人工社会思想和计算机技术构造人工组织系统进行计算实验,可以提供一个间接实验的重要方法。文章主要工作包括建立演化计算实验模型,讨论实现方法和结果。初步成果表明这一方法对研究组织行为等管理问题是有效的,有助于研究复杂现象背后的基本机制、人的行为对系统演化的影响等问题。
The social organization is a complex adaptive system, evolution problems can hardly be resolved by traditional way simply, such as static and reductive analysis. It is also very difficult to research such problems by experiments because of moral, risk, etc. Using artificial societies method and computer technology to establish artificial organization, we can get an important way to study management problem by computational experiments. Based on establishing a framework and the evolve model of computational experiment, we propose, in this paper, detail method and results. We can see that this method is helpful to study some basic operation mechanisms behind complex issues in social system, and to find what kind of results the system evolve in response to human behavior.
