小干扰RNA治疗肝病研究进展

摘要 RNA 干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是一种新兴的序列特异性基因治疗策略,它利用21-24 bp小干扰RNA(small interfering RNA,siRNA)片段诱导序列互补mRNA降解,导致目的基因转录后活性下调,从而调控生物体内功能基因表达.目前该技术已广泛应用于基因治疗研究,有望为疾病治疗提供新的手段.近年来,siRNA治疗急慢性肝病研究取得了很大的进展,现就此作一综述.
