牙科用抗菌性义齿基托材料的摩擦磨损性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 在UMT-2MT型摩擦磨损试验机上,采用往复运动形式考察了牙科用抗菌性义齿基托材料的摩擦磨损性能,探讨在干摩擦和人工唾液润滑状态下抗菌性义齿基托材料的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:在干摩擦条件下,随着抗菌剂含量的增加,义齿基托的摩擦系数逐渐升高,磨损深度逐渐减小,其磨损机制由粘着磨损和疲劳磨损共存转变为以疲劳磨损为主;在人工唾液环境中,抗菌剂含量对于义齿基托摩擦系数的影响并不明显,磨损深度随抗菌剂含量的增加明显减小,这可能与聚合物表面吸附水并形成保护膜有关,其磨损机制与干摩擦情况下基本一致.综合考虑不同比例抗菌剂对其摩擦磨损性能的影响,结合以前的抗菌性试验,抗菌剂的最佳添加量为2%. Friction and wear behaviors of denture base with different content of antibacterial agent were studied under dry sliding and artificial saliva lubricated condition. The friction and wear tests were performed on a UMT-2MT tribometer with a ball-on-disk configuration in reciprocating motion at room temperature with frequency of 2 Hz and load of 20 N. Friction coefficient of denture base increases with the increases of the content of antibacterial agent during dry sliding process, while the depth of the track decreases with the increases of the content of antibacterial agent. The worn surface of denture base with 0% antibacterial agent is characterized by the coexistence of adhesion and fatigue while the characteristic of fatigue wear was observed on the worn surface of denture base with 2% antibacterial agent. The content of antibacterial agent had slight effect on the friction coefficient and wear mechanism of denture base under artificial sal. iva lubricated condition, which may be associated with the presence of the water film adsorbed on the worn surface, while the depth of the track markedly decreased with the increases of content of the artificial agent. 2% antibacterial agent was a suitable dose for denture base.
