摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗青春期功血的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(38例),治疗组用中药调整周期,对照组用雌孕激素序贯法调整周期。结果治疗组总有效率90.49%,明显高于对照组73.68%,未见不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗青春期功血临床疗效确切。
Object To observe the curative effect of treating adolescent functional bleeding with integrated Chinese -Western theropy. Methods Randomly divided 80 cases into treatment group （42 cases） where traditional Chinese drug was used to regulate the cycle, and control group （38 cases） where estrogen and progestogen sequential method was adopted. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.49%, remarkably higher than 73.68% in the control group and there were no adverse reaction. Conclusion There was trustworthy effect in treating the disease with integrated Chinese -Western therapy.
