摘要
目的对浆膜腔积液间皮细胞(Mes)与巨噬细胞(Mac)的计算机图像参数进行分析,进一步提高细胞图片分析效率和体液细胞诊断水平。方法用血细胞图文分析系统配套软件定量分析图像库中的Mes、Mac及淋巴细胞(Lym),并比较各参数的统计学差异。结果Mes和Mac面积、周长、胞质面积及核面积和周长均大于Lym(P<0.01);Mes的胞体及核面积均明显小于Mac(P<0.01);Mes胞质似圆度明显低于Mac,而胞核似圆度高于Mac,P值均小于0.01;两者的周长及核浆比率比较均无统计学意义;Mes细胞的浆灰度均值和核灰度均值及核灰度方差均明显小于Mac(P<0.01),而浆灰度与Lym细胞相近(P>0.05)。结论浆膜腔积液细胞定量分析对建立积液细胞识别标准及加强体液细胞质量控制有一定临床价值。
Objective To compare the parameters of the computer image between the mesothelial cell (Mes) and macrophage (Mac) in the serous cavity effusion and improve the identification rate for these cells and the level of diagnosis. Methods A quantitative analysis software was used for determining some parameters of Mes, Mac and lymphocyte (Lyre) in image database and the clinical meaning of every parameter was compared, Results The area and perimeter of the cells of Mes and Mac as well as the area of cytoplasm and the area and perimeter of the nucleus of the Mes and Mac were bigger than those of Lyre ( P 〈 0. 01 ), The area of the cell body and nucleus of Mes were smaller than those of Mac ( P 〈 0. 01 ), The circularity of the cytoplasm of Mes was significantly smaller than that of Mac while the circularity of nucleus body of Mes was bigger than that of Mac ( P 〈 0. 01 ), There was no significant difference both in the perimeter and in the ratio of the nucleus to the cytoplasm between Mes and Mac. The average grey scale of cytoplasm of Mes and the average grey scale and variance of nucleus of Mes were significantly smaller than those of Mac ( P 〈 0. 01 ). However, the grey scale of Mes was similar to that of Lyre ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion It is important for establishing the identification standard for the mesothelial cell and the macrophage and strengthening the quality control for the body fluid cells to analyze the computer parameters of the serous cavity cells.
