摘要
采用实证分析和规范分析相结合的方法来研究影响物流行业上市公司资本结构的内外因素,并提出相应的对策与建议,以期能为物流行业上市公司制定合理的资本结构提供实证数据和参考。
Normative and empirical analyses are combined to study the internal and external factors that affect the capital structure of listed companies in logistic industry, so as to preduee positive proof and relevant reference.
