摘要
环形套筒石灰窑旋转布料器存在易堵转和过限位的问题,分析认为,主要原因是液压回路中液压元件参数不匹配而使回路的静态特性和功率特性差以及旋转布料器的控制方式设计不合理。为此,在液压回路上增加了1台同型号的液压马达与原有马达并联共同驱动旋转布料器,并采取不固定受料点的控制方式,减小旋转布料器负载的变化幅度,弱化回路刚性差对设备性能的影响。改进后旋转布料器故障时间由原来的每年166h减为0,使用时间由2年提高到6年以上。
The rotary distributor of the annular shaft lime kiln have problems, such as easy to stop up that unable to rotate, over limit. Analysis show that the main reason is that the non-matching parameters of the hydraulic component in the hydraulic pressure loop cause the poor loop's static characteristic and the power characteristic as well as the control mode of the rotary distributor design not to be unreasonable. Therefore, one same model oil motor which is connected with the original motor parallel is added to the hydraulic pressure loop for revolving the rotary distributor together. And by adopting the control mode of unfixed receiving points, the load change scope of the rotary distributor is reduced and the adverse affect of the bad loop rigidity on the equipment performance is weakened. After improvements, the fault time of the rotary distributor is reduced from 166 hours per year to 0 and service time is enhanced from 2 years to 6 years above.
