摘要
采用ANSYS内嵌的APDL语言,建立新型螺杆泵同步用双圆弧齿轮三维有限元单齿对接触静态模型和柔性体多齿动态接触模型,并对模型划分网格,施加载荷,获得了双圆弧齿轮的动态性能及在额定载荷作用下各部位的接触应力和弯曲应力分布状况,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA对齿轮进行了动态接触分析。计算分析结果为新型螺杆泵同步齿轮的设计和改进提供了必要的依据。
APDL Language of ANSYS was adopted to build up three dimensional finite element models of single gear static contact and flexible gears dynamic contact which uses the new screw pump and double circular arc gear model. Through meshing the models and adding loads, dynamic performance of double circular arc gear and distribution of contacting stress and bending stress of every part under rated load were gotten. The dynamic contact performance of the gear was analyzed using ANSYS/LS - DYNA. The analysis results provide the necessary bases which are benefited for the design and improvement of new screw pump synchronous gear.
