摘要
数控机床的工业设计过程很大程度上是探讨结构特征与其造型的关系。本文提出造型原型的概念,建立了数控机床内部结构到外观造型的关系模型,并且指出关键轮廓是造型原型的表现形式。基于该关系模型,借助关键轮廓构建了基于案例的工业设计(CB ID)系统的案例检索路径,并通过调节造型原型实现了系统的案例修改。
The primary task of industrial design on NC machine tools is the analyzing ot the relationship between the key features of structure and their moulding. The concept of forming prototypes was put forward to construct a theoretical model about the projective relationship, and it was pointed out that the key profiles represent forming prototypes. According to the theoretical model, a retrieving path of the case based design (CBD) system was constructed in virtue of key profile, and revising module of the CBID system was realized by adjusting forming prototype.
