摘要
钡铁氧体磁粉是适合高密度磁记录使用的性能优越的记录材料之一.随着磁记录密度的不断提高,磁粉的粒度成为衡量磁粉性能的关键因素.为适应这一发展趋势,本文采用化学共沉淀方法,对制备条件、热处理工艺等进行了探索,研制出了超细的(0.15μm)、磁性能较好的(σs=57emu/g,Hc=2500Oe)钡铁氧体磁粉,并与国外同类样品作了比较.
Barium ferrite (BF) hexagonal platelet particles is one of the most outstanding and prospective high-density magnetic recording media. To achieve higher recording density,the ultrafine size of magnetic powder becomes a crucial factor in determining its performance.To prepare fine BF particles of high quality the preparation conditions of the chemical copre-cipitation method are explored. The obtained BF fine particle has mean particle size of 0.15μm(TEM) and good magnetic characteristics (σs=57 emu/g, Hc=2 500 Oe), which comparefavorably with the foreign sample of the same material.
