摘要
本文采用直流电弧等离子体法合成β-SiC超细粉末.产品纯度大于97%,平均粒径范围0.05~0.5μm,产率1km/h.此外,对其工业开发前景作了展望.
This paper presents some advances in preparation of β-SiC ultrafine powder by DC arc plasma on the scale of 1 kg/h powder productivity. The product is characterized by the purity over 97% and the average particle size range of 0.05~0.5 μm. The feasibility of the process for industrialization is also briefly assessed. More efforts in the future should be put on further reduction of production cost, for the technological factors for such development seem to constitute only minor concerns.
