摘要
用扫描电子显微镜和X射线能谱仪对风机轮叶片断口进行了综合分析。探明风机轮叶片断裂原因是由于空气中的SO2气体长期对叶片表面的腐蚀作用。开裂自晶界应力腐蚀裂纹起始,以疲劳开裂方式扩展,导致最终断裂。
The synthetic analysis on the fractures in fan blades has been carried out via the scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrometer. It was detected that the fractures in fan blades were produced by the long-term corrosion of the gas SO 2 in the air against the blade surface. The fractcere began first with cracking resulting from the interface stress corrosion, then expanded in the manner of fatigue cracking, and finallg was existant.
