摘要
在电子测量中噪声是一个重要的问题。噪声相关性对噪声计算和低噪声设计精度影响很大,这个问题一直被学者们忽视。本文在改进的噪声相关系数定义的基础上,解决了噪声相关系数的计算问题,进而给出了更精确的低噪声设计结果。在实例中,讨论了忽略噪声相关性对噪声计算和低噪声设计所造成的误差。
It is well known that the noise of electronic (such as transistor, IC operational amplifier and so on) is presented by equivalent input voltage En and equivalent input noise current In, but the relativity between En and In is neglected. This method not only leds to maximum 40% error in the computation of the equivalent input noise, but also makes theoretic analysis inperfact. to solve above problems, this paper has the following conclusions: 1、Solved the computation problem of the noise spectral relative coefficient, and made a practical program which is applicable to any structural circuits including different kinds of noises and considering relativity of the noise sources. 2、obtained a more accurate low noise design using the noise spectral relative coefficient as mentioned above. At last, given out a practive example of μA741 Ic operational amplifier.
