摘要
研究了硫酸介质中,CTMAB存在下,亚硝酸根氧化1,5-二(2-羟基-5-溴苯)-3-氰基甲月替(HBPCF)褪色反应,据此建立了测定微量亚硝酸根的新方法。λmax=520nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.1 × 10^4 L·mol^- 1·cm^- 1,线性范围为0~2.1μg/mL。用于水样中亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。
The decolour reaction of HBPCF by oxidation of nitrite in the suffufic acid medium in the presence of CTMAB, a new discoloring spectrophotolnetric method for determination of trace nitrite was reported. λmax = 520 nm, the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 3.1 × 10^4 L·mol^- 1·cm^- 1, the linear range for deterruination of nitrite is 0 - 2.1 μg/mL. The method was applied to the determination of trace nitrite in water with satisfactory results.
