随着动力传递部件的不断发展,例如齿轮、传动轴、同步器和离合器,当今车辆的变速箱可以达到大的功率比。本文给出了某些特殊领域内车辆变速箱齿轮技术的现状。有效的计算程序可以得到安全的齿轮参数,为此,我们必须考核各种准则,例如承载能力、噪声特性以及生产上的可能性。现代的生产方法、合适的材料、热处理方法以及润滑剂等将通过例子来加以讨论。
The high power ratio of present day vehicle transmissions was possible by continuous development of power transmitting components, such as gears, shafts, synchronisers and clutches. In the following, the present status of gear technology for vehicle transmissions is shown for specific areas. Efficient calculation Procedures allow safe gear rating. For this purpose, various criteria such as load-bearing capacity, noise characteristics,and production feasibility have to be checked. Modern production processes, suitable materials, heat treatment processes and lubricants will be discussed by way of example.
