摘要
团城铁矿+50 m中段被民采空区破坏成多空区矿体,在无底柱分段崩落法采区,存在于分段之间的采空区使中深孔无法崩落其上矿体,使矿石回采率过低,为此,提出了斜面蹬碴落矿的回采方法。这一方法在团城铁矿60 m分段4#采场进行试验,取得良好的技术经济效果。试验研究表明,斜面蹬碴落矿采矿方法用于开采多空区矿体,具有适应性较强、安全条件较好的优点,是一种经济实用的新型采矿方法。
The + 50m middle level in Tuancheng Iron Mine is destroyed into one with multi-mined-out areas by arbitrary civil mining activities. In the pillarless sublevel caving mining area, it was unable to cave the above orebody by medium and long hole blasting due to the mined-out area existing between sublevels, leading to too low an ore extraction rate. Therefore, blasted ore-formed inclined platform caving method was proposed, which achieved good technical and economic results when tested in the No. 4 stop at 60m sublevel in Tuancheng Iron Mine. The test results indicate that this method has the advantages of strong adaptability and good safety conditions when used in mining deposits with multi-mined areas, and is an economic and practical new mining method.
