摘要
利用由纤维分解菌、乳酸菌与酵母菌等主要有益菌组成的复合菌发酵棉籽壳。测定发酵前后游离棉酚及主要营养成分粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的变化,对发酵后微生物细胞数量进行测定。结果表明:棉籽壳发酵后游离棉酚含量降低,脱毒率达75.4%,CP提高了2.29%,NDF降低了18.21%,ADF降低了16.04%,微生物细胞数量达到9.85×109个/g,与发酵前相比差异显著(P<0.05),用该方法处理棉籽壳,棉籽壳营养价值明显提高。
Cottonseed-hull was fermented with complexing strains of microbials including lactobacilli microzymes and cellulose-decomposing bacteria for 10 days, The contents of free gossypol, crude protein(CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) of cottonseed-hull were determined, and the number of microbial cells was determined after fermentation. Results showed that the level of free gossypol was significantly decreased(P〈0.01), the detoxifcation rate of cottonseed-hull reached 75.4%, the content of CP increased by 2.29%, NDF and ADF decreased by 18.21% and 16.04% respectively.The number of microbial cells reached 9.85 ×10^9 per gram of the feed.The results indicated that the feeding value of cottonseed hulls was greatly improved after fermentation.
