异位性皮炎血清IL-10及IL-12水平检测及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究血清中白介素-10(IL-10)及白介素-12(IL-12)水平与异位性皮炎的关系。方法收集10例异位性皮炎患者的血清标本,并与10例正常人血清检测结果进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比,异位性皮炎组的血清IL-10水平显著增高(t=4.825>2.878,P<0.01),IL-12水平则显著降低(t=6.135>2.878,P<0.01)。结论IL-10及IL-12在异位性皮炎的发病中可能发挥重要作用。 Objective To detect the level of interleukin（ IL - 10 ） and IL - 12 in the serum of patients with atopic dermatitis and investigate the role of them. Methods The serum of samples were collected from 10 patients with atopic dermatitis and 10 healthy people. The level of IL - 10 and IL - 12 in the serum of both the patients and health controls were detected by ELISA. Results IL - 10 level increased significantly （ t = 4. 825 〉 2. 878 ,P 〈 0.01 ） and IL - 12 decreased remarkably （ t = 6. 135 〉 2. 878,P 〈 0.01） in the patients comparing with that of the control. Conclusion IL - 10 and IL - 12 may play important role in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis.
