摘要
本文分析了12例非典型性阑尾周围炎性肿块及脓肿的钡剂灌肠(BE)、B超和CT的改变,结果表明CT能清楚显示阑尾周围蜂窝织炎和脓肿的病理学变化,是一种有效的诊断方法,在诊断不明确时,BE可帮助排除结肠肿瘤。B超可发现病变,但定性有一定困难。
The barium enema (BE). US and CT findings of 12 cases with atypical periappendiceal in flammatory masses and abscesses were analyzed. We concluded that CT could show the pathological changes of the desease clearly. CT is a available method of examination. BE may be useful in excluding the colon tumor when diagnosis is indistinct. US could find the lesions but sometimes it is difficult to distinguish a inflammatory mass from a tumor.
