山莨菪碱配合机械通气治疗ARDS24例疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察山莨菪碱配合小潮气量+PEEP机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的疗效。方法收集我院ARDS患者,采用山莨菪碱配合小潮气量+PEEP机械通气治疗24例,总结疗效。结果16例有效,6例死亡,占25%,其中2例因顽固性低氧血症死亡,占8.3%。结论山莨菪碱配合小潮气量+PEEP机械通气治疗呼吸窘迫综合征,疗效满意,能明显减少病死率。
