摘要
本实验采用初均速法对诺氟沙星栓的初步稳定性及有效期进行研究,结果表明属一级降解反应;活化能为24.84Kj·mol^(-1);在室温下(25℃)本品有效期为5.1年.
In the experiment we studied the stability and its period of validity of norfloxacin suppository with primary even speed method. The results show that it belongs to the first order degradation reaction, under room temperature(25 ℃)its period of validity is 5,1 years.
