摘要
用化学方法对35例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者及35名健康人进行血清脂类、载脂蛋白分析,发现TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoAI、ApoB等10项指标在Ⅱ型糖尿病时均有明显变化(P<0,05或<0,001).认为血脂、载脂蛋白和相关比值测定对Ⅱ型糖尿病的观察、治疗监测、预后判断及预测并发症均具有指导意义.文中对并发血管病变的生化基础作了讨论.
By analysing blood Lipids and apolipoproteins of serum samples taken from 35 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and 35 healthy subjects with chemical methods, we found that ten parameters including TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoAI,Apo B had evident change(P<0.05 or <0.001) in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. We concluded that ths assay of blood lipids, apolipoproteins and the correlative ratio in type Ⅱ diabetes patients was very useful to the observation of patient's condition, the monitoring of treatment, the judgement of prognosis and the forecast of the diabetes complication.
