摘要
我们采用苯甲酸乙醇溶液替代福尔马林,保存尸体标本已20年,累计保存标本100具.保存时间,短者1年,长者5年,未见腐烂变质现象;改变了福尔马林溶液浸泡保存标本僵硬强直的缺点,保持了标本的原有弹性;基本上去除了福尔马林刺激气味,改善了教学环境.说明苯甲酸乙醇溶液是一种优于福尔马林的尸体标本保存液.
It is for twenty years that we have used alcohol benzoate solution to preserve corpse specimens instead of formaldehyde solution. We have preserved 100 corpses in it. The shortest preserving time is one year,and the longest is five years. During the preservation no phenomenon of putrefaction and degeneracy appears. Being immersed in the formaldehyde solution, the corpses would become rigid and stiff. However, with the new solution, all of the defects can be got rid of and the original elasticity of the corpse can be maintained. The irritative odor has been almost eliminated, so the environment is greatly improved. The alcohol benzoate solution is much better for preservation than formaldehyde.
