高渗盐水对低氧条件下失血性休克时肺弥散功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本实验观察分析了高渗盐水对低氧条件下失血性休克时肺弥散功能的影响.结果表明高渗盐水能明显降低低氧状态下失血性休克时肺泡—动脉氧分压差(A-aDO_2)和肺分流率(QS/Qt),提高肺泡氧分压(PAO_2)和动脉血氧分压(PaO_2),延迟并减轻呼吸窘迫征(RDS)的发生.高渗盐水、右旋糖酐和654-2联合用药疗效更优于单纯高渗盐水.生理盐水治疗不能改善低氧状态下失血性休克时的肺弥散功能和通气血流比例失调. In the experiment we observed and analysed the effects of hyper-tonic saline on pulmonary diffusion function in hemorrhagic shock under acute hypoxia.The results show that hypertonic saline can significantly redu-ce alveolar-arterial oxygen tension difference(A-aDO2)and pulmonary shunt ratio(QS/QT), obviously raise alveolar oxygen tension (PAO2) and arterial oxygen tension(PaO2), and delay and attenuate the development of respiratory distress syndrome(RDS) .Further more, the curative effect of hypertonic saline combined with Dextran 70 and 654-2 is better than that of hypertonic saline alone.Normal saline treatment can't improve pulmonary diffusion function and correct the unbalanced ratio of ventilation and blood flow (V/Q).
