摘要
薄壁矩形深腔体零件在加工、装配及库存过程中极易产生变形,由于工件材料、壁厚、刚性、装夹等多种原因,导致零件加工工艺编制的难度增加。通过实例从零件的变形理论分析、防变形工艺方法等角度出发研究了薄壁矩形深腔体零件的数控加工工艺。
For many reasons, such as material, wall thickness, rigidity, clamp etc, during the course of treatment, assemblage and inventory ,thin-wall rectangular deep recessed parts tend to generate distortion, which induces increment of the processing technic establishing difficulty. By means of illustration, from the view of parts distortion theory analysis, distortion prevention, researches the numeric processing technic of thin-wall rectangular deep recessed parts.
