摘要
目的探讨单纯心理治疗、单纯药物治疗以及心理、药物合并治疗学生考试焦虑的疗效。方法将符合入组标准的69例求助者随机分为3组,分别给予心理治疗、药物治疗及心理合并药物治疗,于考试前2周,考试前1天及下学期考前1天,分别进行HAMA及SA S量表评定。结果心理治疗组及药物治疗组考试前1天与干预前比较HAMA、SA S评分差异显著,而下学期考前1天同干预前比较无明显差异。心理合并药物治疗组考试前1天及下学期考试前1天,同干预前均有明显差异。结论对于学生考试焦虑的治疗以心理合并药物治疗的近期及远期效果均优于单一治疗方法,应作为首选。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy and the combined with psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy. Methods 69 patients were randomly divided into three groups;psychotherapy group, pharmacotherapy group and combination with psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy group. HAMA and SAS scale were assessed on 2 weeks, 1 day before exam and 1 day before exam in the next semester. Results Psychotherapy group and pharmacotherapy group were found significant difference between before psychological intervention and 1 day before exam, but no significant difference between before psychological intervention and 1 day before exam in the next semester. The combination of psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy had significant difference in two period. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the combination with psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy to students examination anxiety in the near future and the forward were superior than along.
