摘要
目的了解无锡市成年男性的生育健康现状和生育保健服务需求。方法以无锡市市区20岁以上的成年男性为调查对象,分层抽取1 200人进行问卷调查。结果1 133名完成问卷的成年男性中,17．2％在过去一年中患有一种或多种生殖系统疾病;总的患病率随着年龄增加而增加;不同年龄男性常见的问题不同;62．7％的成年男性希望了解更多的生育保健知识。62．2％的成年男性认为有必要进行生育健康教育;大多数男性认为宜在婚前教育和初中阶段开展生育健康教育;不同年龄男性对生育保健服务的内容、方式和时间的需求不同,但对服务人员的需求基本相同。结论无锡市成年男性中存在一定的生育健康问题,对生育保健服务有着强烈的需求,不同年龄男性的需求有所不同。因此,应针对不同年龄男性的需求开展生育健康教育和生育保健服务。
Objective To understand the current status of reproductive health and demands for reproductive health care services among adult men in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. Methods The study subjects were adult men over 20-year old in Wuxi City. 1 9.00 men were selected with stratified sampling for questionnaire interview. Results 1 133 adult men completed the questionnaire survey. 17.2 % of the subjects suffered from one or more disorders related to reproductive system in the year before the investigation. The prevalence rate was increased with age. 62.7 % of the subjects expressed the willingness to know more about reproductive health and 62.2 % considered it necessary to educate the public about reproductive health. Most of the subjects consider premarital education and during junior high school period were the appropriate time for reproductive health education. Demands for the contents, styles and time for reproductive health services varied with age. Conclusion Adult men in Wuxi city had a wide range of reproductive health problems. Men at different age bad different demands for reproductive health services. Therefore it is necessary to develop reproductive health education and services aimed at different age groups.
