摘要 中国石油某石化分公司气体分馏装置处理液化气量400kt/a,是新扩建的3Mt/a重油催化装置的重要组成部分。该装置为五塔设计流程,主要产品精丙烯的纯度为99.6%,轻碳四馏分中异丁烯纯度不小于21%,为下游的聚丙烯、聚异丁烯等化工装置提供原料。文中通过使用HYSYS流程模拟软件平台,建立气体分馏装置模拟模型,对脱丙烷塔、脱乙烷塔和丙烯塔操作进行分析研究,考察原料波动对生产操作和产品质量的影响,分析如何及时发现原料变化,提出适应原料变化的优化操作建议。 One gas fractionation unit of certain petrochemical company of CNPC has a liquefied gas processing capacity of 400 kt/a. It is an Important Part of the newly expanded 3 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic unit. The unit is a five-column process and its main products purity are as follows: purified propylene 99.6 %, isobutene in light C4 distillate above 21 %, which both are feedstock of polypropylene and polyisobutene units downstream. With HYSYS process simulation software platform, gas fractionation unit analog model has been established. Researches such as the operation of depropaniser, deethanizer, propylene tower, effect of fluctuation of feedstock on products quality, fast response to feedstock change have been conducted. Suggestions of optimization on operation that accommodate feedstock change has been given.
