摘要
塑料厂LLDPE装置采用美国Univation公司20世纪80年代流化床工艺。该装置于2002年进行冷凝态操作模式改造,可以在不提高换热面积的情况下提高生产速率150%以上,文中针对非冷凝态与冷凝态操作热量平衡的原理以及特点进行了探讨。
The LLDPE plant of Plastic Plant is fluidized bed process introduced from Univation, USA, in 1980's. The plant was revamped with operation mode of condensation phase in 2002. Plant throughput rate was increased to above 150 % without any increase of heat exchange area. The principles of heat balance of non-condensation phase operation and condensation phase operation and their characteristics are discussed.
