中国浙江网上技术市场的诞生为我国网上技术市场的建设树立了典范。其创新举措包括:突出企业技术创新主体地位;实行全省联动、共建共享的管理模式;创建灵活、开放、激励的政策环境;推出丰富齐全的网上服务功能;打造安全信赖的管理和服务优势。它的快速筹建和成功运行归因于国内适宜而成熟的市场环境;省内旺盛的市场需求、领先的市场意识、雄厚的资金实力以及政府的大力支持。最后,笔者对其发展前景提出了一些思路。
The birth of China＇s Zhejiang Intemet Technology Market has set up a model for the national net-tech market. Its innovational measures include giving priority to the entity status of enterprise technological innovations, adopting a provincial concerted cooperated common- share management, creating a flexible, open, incentive policy environment, building a comprehensive online service ftmction, and establishing a secure, trustable management and service advantage. Its quick establishment and successful operation are attributed to the ever- maturing domestic market environment and the provincial thriving market demand, the advanced market consciousness, the powerful financial support and the govemmental support. Finally, some suggestions are offered to its future development.
