摘要
2005全球纺织品贸易实现一体化,既给我国带来机遇,也带来挑战。国际上针对中国的贸易救济措施频发,来自美国和欧盟的反倾销调查和“特保”数量限制严重打击着中国相关行业的出口市场前景,直接影响我国上千万人的就业。面对严峻的出口形势,纺织企业必须寻求应对措施。走出去,到境外发展加工贸易可以有效避开纺织品“特保”壁垒。
The globalization of textiles in 2005 has brought China both opportunities and challenges. The ＂Special Protections＂ of textiles has greatly limited Chinese textile exportation and influenced the relevant business＇s future, which has significant effect on thousands of Chinese textile workers. The author in this paper has probed into the possibilities of external processing trade for Chinese textile business to counter the serious problems from three aspects： the analysis of current situation of ＂Special Protections＂ against China; the feasibility of the external processing trade of Chinese textile business, and in the last part some helpful and good measures have been put forward.
