摘要
采用连续流动氢化物发生装置,研究了用柠檬酸消除大量镍对硒、碲测定的影响,提出了镍基合金中硒、碲的分析方法。方法的检出限为:(0.100g试样)Se=0.10μg/g(3σ,n=11);Te=0.12μg/g(3σ,n=11)。用该方法分析了标准镍基合金样品,获得了满意的结果。
Using continuous flow hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry,the application of citric acid to the elimination of the interference of large amounts of nickel on the determination of selenium and tellurium was investigated. A rapid and accurate method for the determination of selenium and tellurium in nickel alloy was proposed.The detection limits(3σ) of the method are:0.10μg/g and 0.12μg/g for Se and Te respectively(sample amount 0.100g).The method has been used for the analysis of nickel alloy standard reference material and satisfactory results were obtained.
