摘要
正常喉部受刺激后可引起反射性的喉内收运动,在吞咽过程中这一生理活动能有效地防止误咽。异常喉反射可造成反射性呼吸暂停、特发性喉痉挛甚至窒息。对上述经喉上和喉返神经传导、脑干为媒体的喉感觉通路的功能研究不仅能深入了解误咽的发生机制,而且有利于了解异常喉反射的原因。运用喉脑干诱发电位对喉反射进行研究是一项新的尝试,目前还停留在动物实验阶段,国内尚未见有报道。本文通过刺激成年兔喉上神经而诱发的脑干电位,分析刺激参数和刺激部位改变对电位潜伏期、阈值及波形的影响,以探讨其应用价值。
Sensory stimuli to the normal larynx can evoke a laryngeal adductor reflex.This physiological reflex is effective to prevent aspiration in the process of deglutition.Abnormal laryngeal reflex may result in reflex apnea,idiopathic laryngospasm and even asphyxiation.Study of the function of laryngeal sensori neural pathway mediated by brain stem via superior and recurrent laryngeal nerves could provide insights into the mechanism of aspiration and the etiology of abnormal laryngeal reflex. It is a new attempt to study laryngeal reflex by means of laryngeal brain stem evoked response(LBR).The technique of LBR still remains in the animal experimental stage and has not been reported in our country up to now.The present study evaluated the LBR evoked by electrical stimulation to the superior laryngeal nerve in adult rabbits using a far field technique similar to auditory brain stem response testing and analysed the effect of changes of parameters and locations of stimuli on latencies,thresholds and waveform of potentials.
