摘要
本文从形态学水平,细胞学水平,生理生化水平,DNA分子水平,线粒体DNA水平等不同层次系统地介绍了我国地方品种驴遗传多样性的研究概况。与其它家畜相比,对驴的研究相对较少,而且处于比较低的水平上,因此有必要对家驴的遗传多样性进行更深入的研究。
The studies on the genetic diversity of the phenotypes chromosomal patterns, isocnzymes, mtDNAs and genomic DNAs of donkey are systematically reviewed. Compared with other livestock ,the resarch of donkey is few and the studies are so preliminary that the donkey＇s origin and differention is difficulty to discuss. So it is necessary to improve the researches of donkey by different methods, especially on the DNA＇s level.
