摘要
介绍了脉冲激光烧蚀技术的原理、特性及研究现状,并对其发展前景进行了展望。同时将该项技术分为纳秒激光烧蚀、皮秒激光烧蚀和飞秒激光烧蚀这三个阶段。并且介绍了该项技术在纳米材料方面的应用。
This paper presents a summary on the theory, the properties and the research status of pulsed laser ablation technology, as well as the prospect of the development of this technology. In this paper, the technology is sorted into three stages: nanosecond laser ablation, picosecond laser ablation and femosecond laser ablation. Then its applications in nano-materials are introduced.
