综述了国内外有机钼研究与开发现状。并重点评述了有机钼在润滑剂、添加剂、催化剂、粘结剂、热加工和气体保护焊接等方面的应用前景．
The current research and development state of organic molybdenum are summarized .The application Prospects of organic molybdenum are reviewed emphatically in the field such as additive of lubricating oil.catalyzator ,adhesive,hot working and gas shielded welding.
