摘要
介绍了国内、国外海滨砂矿精选发展概况,提出了以湿式作业为主的精选新工艺.对独居石、锆石、钛铁矿在浮选过程中的行为和作用机理进行了分析.工业试验的结果是,钛铁矿精矿品位49.97%TiO2,其回收率87.38%;锆石精矿1,2品位分别为65.11%,61.52%ZrO2,其回收率分别为44.16%,27.08%,独居石精矿品位65.56%TREO,其回收率60.45%.同原工艺流程相比,其回收率分别提高10%TiO2,30%ZrO2,20%TREO,试验结果为流程改造提供了科学依据.
The general development situation of the beach placer cleaning both at home and abroad is described and a new technology for cleaning which takes the wet operations dominance is put forward. Analysis has been made on the behaviour and reacting mechanism of monazite,zircon and ilmenite in the flotation process. Results f industrial tests are as follows:the grade of ilmenite concentrate is 49. 97% TiO2 with the recovery of 87. 38% ; the grades of zircon concentrate Ⅰ and Ⅱ are 65. 11% and 61. 52% ZrO2,respectively, with the recovery of 44.16% and 27. 08%, respectively and the grade of monazite concentrate is 65. 56% TREO with the recovery of 60. 45%. Compared with the results of the original technological flowsheet, recoveries have been increased by 10%TiO2, 30%ZrO2 and 20%TREO, respectively. Test results can serve as the scientific basis for technological flowsheet renovation.
