摘要
设计与实现了以ＩＧＢＴ为开关器件的ＰｗＭｌｋＷ逆变电源，同时对逆变电源的主回路、控制回路、驱动和保护电路等的工作原理做了介绍。最后给出逆变器的实测性能指标。
A 1 kW inverter in which IGBT is adopted as switching element is designed and realized. In this paper ,the principle of the main circutit ,the control circuit ,the drive circuit and the protection circuit of this inverter are presented. The practical features of this inverter are given.
