摘要
本文主要论述现代ICP光量计应用软件的设计,首先讨论了现代ICP光量计的硬件环境及其软件系统的设计思想与方法。指出现代ICP光量计软件功能应包括:数据采集与在线控制;数据处理;光谱干扰的校正;人机友好接口等部分。给出了相应应用软件的设计。
In this thesis, dosign of soflware system of ICP spectrometer has been discussed. The function is as follows: sampting and on line controll ing; data processing; compensation for interference in spectroscopy; a friendly Huma processar Interface. Several designs of apptication soflware were given.
