摘要
研究了酸介质及酸浓度对酸溶液处理高品位低活性天然二氧化锰(NMD)焙烧物制得的活化天然二氧化锰(ANMD)放电活性的影响.结果表明,HCl和HNO3溶液均不能用作焙烧物酸处理的介质,而H2SO4溶液则是理想的介质.用3MH2SO4溶液处理焙烧物可制得放电性能与EMD相当的产品.本文还研究了两种提高ANMD密度的方法:晶种法和金属离子聚沉法.两种方法均能提高产品ANMD的密度,晶种法效果特别明显,而金属离子聚沉法则提出了一种制备可充掺杂二氧化锰的新方法.
The present work is part of an investigation on the preparation of activated natural manganese dioxide (ANMD) for Zn MnO 2 battery use from natural manganese dioxide(NMD) with high MnO 2 content and low activity. The conversion of Mn 2O 3 in NMD calcine to MnO 2 by acid treatment is studied in this paper. The type and concentration of acid solution used for the conversion of Mn 2O 3 to MnO 2 are determined. It is found that the discharge perfromance of the ANMD product obtained from H 2SO 4 solution is better than those from HCl and HNO 3 solutions, and is best when 3 M H 2SO 4 solution is used. Besides, some methods are used to improve the density of ANMD product.
