摘要
目的探讨一种修复乳房假体疝出的一种方法。方法将近疝区周围的非疝出区的隆乳术后形成的包膜瓣重叠缝合加厚疝出示区薄弱组织,使疝出得到修补。结果38例隆乳术后假体疝出患者经疝区周围的非疝出区包膜瓣修补后,随访2年半均未复发。结论利用非疝出区的隆乳术后所形成的包膜修复疝区薄弱组织,使疝出得到修补是一种手术操作简单,效果好,值得推广的方法。
Objective To introduce a method to repair the postoperative hernia of breast augmentation. Methods The capsule formed postoperatively in the area without the hernia formation was overlappingly sutured to enhance the weakened tissues so as to repair the hernia. Results Forty patients with the postoperative hernia of the breast augmentation underwent the repair by the capsule. After 2-year following up all the patients were satisfied with the results without recurrence. Conclusion The capsule formed postoperatively in the area without the hernia formation is used to repair the weak tissues in the hernial forming area. This method of hernia repair is simple, effective and worth recommendation,
