摘要
本文分析了宽带示波器受具有上冲值δ_s的计量脉冲激励时的过渡过程,推导了受激示波器的过渡函数h(t),0—100%的建立时间tΤ及示波器所显示的上冲δ,得出了受激宽带示波器的上冲值δ与计量脉冲δ_s之间的关系式δ=nδ_s^2,并且通过实验对本文的理论公式进行了验证,结果表明,实验数据与理论公式能很好地吻合,本文的结论对用有冲脉冲去计量宽带示波器的瞬态特性具有十分重要的意义。
The transient response of a wide hand oscillos(?)ope exrited by a step like pulse possessing overshoot is analyzed. Expressions for the tra-nsient function, h(t), the, first 0-100% transition duration for the first crossing of the final value(100%) level, t_T, and the overshowy, δ, of excited wide-band oscilloscope are derived. The formula of the relationship between the overshoot, δ, of excited wide-band oscilloscope and the overshoot δ_s, of step-like input pulse is δ=nδ_s^2. Experiments show that the theoretical furmula are better fitted with the experimental resutts. The resutts of this paper are useful in calibration of wide-hand osritlosoopes and pulse meas urements.
