摘要
喂胆固醇诱导大耳白兔形成动脉粥样硬化（Ａｓ）模型并观察其血清载脂蛋白Ａ１（ａｐｏＡ１）、Ｂ（ａｐｏＢ）及其比值和血脂的变化，实验结果表明：Ａｓ模型组兔血清ａｐｏＢ、总胆固醇（Ｔｃｈ）、（βｖＬＤＬ＋ＬＤＬ）－ｃｈ、过氧化脂质（ＬＰｏ）明显升高，ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ／Ｔｃｈ、ａｐｏＡ１／ａｐｏＢ比值明显降低，而ａｐｏＡ１与对照组比较无明显差异。提示：胆固醇诱导兔Ａｓ形成的原因主要是含ａｐｏＢ脂蛋白量与质的变化和多种致Ａｓ因子的升高。
Serum apolipoprotein Al(apo Al),apo B,Tch,HDL-ch,(βVLDL+LDL)-ch,LPO were determined in rabbits with atherosclerosis.The experimental results showed that serum apo B,Tch,(βVLDL+LDL)-ch,LPO were significantly increased and HDL-ch/Tch and apo Al/apo B ratios significantly decreased;but apo Al level was not different in rabbits with atherosclerosis compared to the controls.It is suggested that atherosclerosis induced by cholesterol is the result of changes of apo B-lipoproteins level and quality and increase of atherogenic factors.
