摘要
互操作标准—OPC(OLEforProcessControl)技术的解决方案。该方案从OPC服务器获取实时数据,然后利用OPC客户端驱动,将信息传输到组态软件(iFIX)的实时数据库。采用OPC技术,大大提高了系统的实时性、稳定性、可靠性,实现了PLC与应用程序的无缝连接。
According to the“info isolation”in the synthetic automatic system in the coal mine, the paper puts forward the resolvent based on the industrial mutual operation standard — OPC(OLEfor Process Control) technique, of which, the real-time data is acquired from OPC server, then is transmitted to the real-time database of the configuration soft- ware by OPC client driver. Application of the OPC technique could greatly increases the real-time ability, stability,reliability of the system, realizes the gapless connection between the PLC and the application process.
