根据对锰铁高炉灰的特性研究,以冷固结团块作为锰铁高炉炉料使用是适宜的.冷固结团块工艺的关键在于选择粘结剂、有机高分子聚合物作粘结剂能保证工艺流程的顺利进行,满足高炉对产品性能的要求。
The application of cold-bound pellets as charges for blast furnace smelting ferro-manganese in available according to the study on properties of ferro-silico-mangarese alloy. The key point of the process for making cold-bound pellets is in selection of binder. It can ensure a successful production of the pellets to use high molecular polymer as the binder so as to meet with the requirement of the furnace.
