摘要
应用与暴雨洪水具有一定相关关系的前期大气环流指数、气象要素等因子,通过模糊聚粪模型计算方法,对韩江下一年年最大洪水规模做出预测分析,取得了一定效果。此方法为长期洪水预测提供了一种新的思路。
This paper introduces the model of fuzzy cluster to forecast the next year annual maximum flood in the Hanjiang River by using the antecedent index of atmospheric circulation and meteorological factors, and satisfactory results have been obtained. The method will provide a new idea for long-term flood forecasting.
