摘要
所研制的耐热耐磨自润滑材料,具有优良的物理力学性能和摩擦磨损特性,工作温度可达400℃。从室温到40O℃的滑动摩擦系数(对钢)在0.12~0.18之间,可与钢形成良好的摩擦副。材料成分以铁为基,用粉末冶金工艺制造,特别适用于油脂难以润滑的高温作业机械及装备。
This paper presents the heat &. wear-resistant and self-lubricating Fe-based material made by the authors. This material can work at the temperature of 400℃ ,and its friction coefficient differs within the range of 0: 12-0. 18 from room temperature to 400℃. It can form a good friction couple with steel, displaying excellent mechanical and antifrictional properties. This Fe-based material produced by powder metallurgical process is specially suitable for the machinery or equipment which is working at high temperature and is difficult to be lubricated by grease.
