摘要
目的:探讨上消化道出血急诊彩色多普勒超声检查的价值。方法:234例病人进行了急诊彩色多普勒超声检查,根据最终临床诊断分为门脉高压组和非门脉高压组,计算彩色多普勒超声对上消化道出血病因诊断的准确性。结果:非门脉高压组103例,门脉高压组131例。CDU诊断门脉高压的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为94.7%、100%和97.0%。结论:急诊彩色多普勒超声检查有助于对上消化道出血的病因作出及时的初步诊断。
Objective： To investigate the value of emergency examination of color Doppler ultrasonography （CDU） in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods： Two hundred and thirty-four patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were examined by CDU. According to clinical diagnosis, the patients divide into portal hypertension group and non portal hypertension group. The accuracy of CDU in diagnosing the causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding was calculated. Results： One hundred and three patients were in non portal hypertension group. One hundred and thirty-one patients were in portal hypertension group. The sensitivity, specifity and accuracy of CDU in diagnosing portal hypertension was 94.7%, 100%, and 97.0%, respectively. Conclusions： The emergency examination of CDU with upper gastrointestinal bleeding is useful for preliminary diagnosing the causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding as soon as possible.
